McNicholas’ session, “The iPhone Effect,” will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. PST at the JW Marriot Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, Calif.
ABA’s National Conference for Community Bankers is an event for community bank CEOs and senior level banking executives to learn how to achieve greater profitability in a high-risk environment. During her session, McNicholas will discuss how the advancement of high-tech, high-touch technologies – such as the iPhone – has impacted community banks’ branch delivery strategies. As the branch still remains the top sales and consumer engagement channel, community bankers must find a way to service today’s tech-savvy consumers that demand a better in-branch experience.
As Vice President of Marketing at Source Technologies, McNicholas maintains the company’s marketing strategy including position initiatives, lead generation and branding. McNicholas’ experience includes several roles within the financial industry such as marketing manager, corporate communications manager and finance industry coordinator. Although a majority of her career has been with Source Technologies, she has also led the marketing initiatives at Customer Effective and Dynacast International.
