All ST MICR Blue products are guaranteed to be defect-free in both workmanship and materials for one (1) year.
The ST MICR Blue warranty covers the following:- All equipment used within the manufacturer’s specifications and does not include acts of God or intentional damage.
- Full reimbursement for a complete repair should a defect in the ST MICR Blue cartridge be found to be the sole cause of damage to any compatible printer.
- Any sign of tampering with product by non-Source Technologies personnel will void warranty.
- Source Technologies liabilities shall be limited to repair, replacement, or reimbursement.
- Exclusive and in-lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied.
- NO OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OF IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, IS MADE.
- All claims must be accompanied by an invoice from a designated authorized service company and must clearly indicate repair specifics, contact information, and dispatched field service technician.
- Return of defective product is required and be clearly marked with an official Source Tech-issued RMA on the outside of the package.
