Bob leads the sales organization at Source Technologies, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s presence in the financial technology and secure payment markets. He joined the company as Vice President of Sales, bringing deep leadership experience across hardware, software, and payment solutions.

Prior to Source Technologies, Bob spent more than a decade at Lexmark, where he held several senior leadership roles. During his tenure, he worked closely with strategic enterprise clients in the retail and financial service industries and played a key role in launching Lexmark’s Optra Edge and IoT initiatives.

Bob has a proven track record of developing strategic go-to-market programs for complex enterprise solutions and leading high-performing teams to achieve business outcomes while building strong client relationships.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College. Bob lives in the Charlotte area with his wife; they have four children and a dog named Rosie.
