Warranty/Service
Source Technologies products are warranted to be free from defects and in good working order. Should the product fail to function as
guaranteed during the warranty period, repairs will be made without charge.
Quality service programs are available for all printers, and provide cost-effective service solutions with fixed-fee, full parts and labor coverage, and priority response times. We offer three levels of service coverage to upgrade the manufacturer’s original warranty. If your problem cannot be resolved through our help desk, the On-Site Service program means a technician will be dispatched to your location. Overnight Replacement Service ensures that a replacement unit is shipped overnight for delivery the next business morning, and Depot Service means we’ll repair the problem unit at our location and ship back to you within five business days.
