Bill Bouverie
President and CEO

Bill Bouverie is responsible for the leadership, growth, and profitability of Source Technologies, LLC. Most recently, Bouverie was President and Chief Executive Officer of Datamax Corporation, a worldwide supplier in barcode printing solutions. In that position for four-and-a-half years, he engineered a highly successful turnaround and subsequent sale of the company.

Bouverie joined Datamax in 1994, holding the titles of Vice President of Engineering and Senior VP of Research and Development. He was responsible for leading the R & D team in the design and development of the "Class" family of products that revolutionized the barcode printer industry.

Prior to his tenure at Datamax Corporation, Bouverie held the position of Vice President of Engineering, and led the business development team at NAI Technologies for six years, developing, marketing, and manufacturing rugged portable thermal printers and flash memory storage systems for the US Department of Defense. From 1988 to 1994, he was employed by Eaton Corporation in a variety of engineering and management positions, developing ASICs and semi-custom integrated circuits. Before Eaton, he was with Harris Corporation as a manager of advanced development for test and measurement systems for ten years.

Bouverie holds several patents for thermal print technologies and manufacturing techniques. He has a degree in electrical engineering from London University and resides in Orlando, FL.

Rudy Leemans
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Rudy Leemans oversees Source Technologies' finance and accounting functions, corporate development, banking and investor relations.

Leemans has experience that spans more than 20 years in a variety of industries such as equipment distribution, specialty chemicals and telecom. Prior to joining Source Technologies he served as COO & CFO for Sirona Dental Systems LLC, Division CFO of FMC's Lithium Division, VP Finance for Metromedia Fiber Networks and Division CFO for International Specialty Products' Alginates Division.

Born and raised in Belgium, Leemans received a degree in Finance, Economics and Accounting from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and holds a European CPA certification. He and his family reside in Charlotte, NC.
