The following positions are currently available:

Production Team Leader - Charlotte, NC
A highly organized multi-tasker, you will coordinate the work of production team members to ensure compliance with company policies and team procedures, and serve as team expert on all production related matters. Key responsibilities include staff training; assisting technicians with product and equipment diagnostics, assembly, and repair; inspecting and approving completed orders; and working with engineering in the assembly and testing of prototype products. Specific requirements include:

• Proven leadership skills
• Two-year technical degree or experience in a lead role
• Knowledge of or education in maintenance of personal computers
• Experience in electromechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 65 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings from CAD systems
• A+ certification desired
